Proper supervision of each student is important in this respect. By administering the process of registration, guidance, reporting and invoicing within Odoo, De Leerweg has real-time insight into the guidance processes.
Every guidance process within De Leerweg starts with an intake. For this, the student is registered in Odoo. After taking an intake, it is determined which help is best for a student.
The different types of guidance that the Leerweg offers are divided in Odoo into the categories of services, advice, and guidance. In addition to recording the general data and the rate of services, a step-by-step plan is also kept for each service. In this way, every supervisor and new colleagues always know which steps must be taken at what time. In this way, the quality of the service is guaranteed.
After choosing the right supervisor, Odoo will automatically create a project. A project within De Leerweg provides a clear overview of the status and progress of the guidance process, with all associated tasks. For example, the total number of available hours and the hours spent are immediately visible. The supervisors can see at an early stage whether extra hours are needed. Booking the hours on the projects runs via Odoo Timesheets. All supervisors can fill in their own time sheet online. As a result, De Leerweg has real-time insight into the progress of the projects and the students.
Reporting to the student, school, municipality, or parents takes place via the various tasks within a project. The parties involved in the project are immediately informed via the chatter. It is no longer necessary to email each person separately.
Invoicing of the hours takes place within Odoo Invoicing. The sold, and available hours are displayed in one overview. The invoice is generated as a PDF at the touch of a button and sent directly to the parents or the municipality via Odoo.
