Before the solution goes live, we train the users. After all, they need to be able to work with the new software. We pay attention to acceptance: do people understand the benefits? Do they feel prepared? Only when the answer is ‘yes’ do we go live.


4. Go Live & Hypercare


“The solution goes live and we provide intensive support.”


Go-live is an exciting step. That is why we provide intensive support in the first weeks after go-live – also known as the hypercare period. We resolve any issues quickly and are on hand every day to answer questions.


5. Support


“We remain available for support and optimizations.”
