A guided start to becoming an Odoo consultant
Being an Odoo Consultant is a multifaceted profession, and quite a lot is expected of you. Giving training to customers, solving technical problems, communicating effectively with developers, getting everyone aligned and keeping an overview is not easy, so during your first months at Odoo Experts you follow an extensive onboarding program.
The most important thing, of course, is to become thoroughly familiar with Odoo. To help with this, consultants from Odoo itself and your colleagues guide you through a 10-week program full of training sessions and practice assignments. The goal is not only to provide readily available knowledge, but also to give you the tools to continue searching and come up with suitable solutions yourself. During the training, you also prepare for the official certification, so that you can obtain it immediately after the onboarding program.
To get acquainted with the practical side, you also observe the work of the other consultants at Odoo Experts. This is how they show you how they create reports, provide training to customers and manage an implementation project . This immediately gives you a good idea of what is expected of you, and with your new knowledge you can already start supporting your colleagues right away.
Gradually, you will also take on more responsibilities yourself. For example, together with us you prepare your first training sessions, solve urgent problems for our customers and start your first project with our customers. You will also increasingly deal with the technical side of Odoo. Being a consultant is a challenge, but together with your colleagues and the onboarding program, you will quickly learn new skills and grow into a true Odoo Expert.
